How to make a cake without eggs

You should first heat the oven to 180C (160C fan) or mark the gas and grease the 20.5cm round cake tin with baking parchment.
For the cake, you need to filter the sugar, flour, cocoa, bicarbonate of soda and baking soda in a large bowl.
In a separate jug, you should mix oil, vanilla, vinegar and milk or other milk before adding the wet ingredients to the dry and whisking.
Next you should pour in the prepared time, bake for 45 minutes or until you get up and the skewer placed in the center comes out clean.
After that you should leave the cake to cool for 5 minutes in a tin, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.

For icing, you should melt the chocolate in a warm container placed on top of a pan of boiling water gently and set aside until completely cool, but still melting.
In a large bowl using an electric whisk, whisk in the margarine and baking block until smooth and combined.
After that you should add icing sugar and cocoa powder and beat, starting slowly, until combined.
Next you should whip up the cool chocolate until combined.
To make the cake, you must first preheat the oven to 180C (350F), before greasing the pan eight-inch cakes with flour-based baking powder, or oil pans and liner bottles with leather.
In a large saucepan, whisk the sugar and butter until creamy and whisk and roll down the sides and rise to the bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula as needed.
Next you should add the vanilla mixture and mix, mix the milk and vinegar in a small bowl and set aside.
Add some flour and milk to a portion of the butter, starting and ending with the flour.
Then wipe the mixing bowl with a spatula and turn the batter over several times to make sure all the ingredients are well mixed and beaten until thickened.
You should not mix the batter too much and pour the cake mixture into the prepared pans (2 1/2 cups of batter in each pan approximately).
Bake for 20 – 25 minutes, or until the skewer comes out clean when connected in the middle.
Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool and remove from the pan to decorate the way you like.
